Psalm 27:1 Of David. The LORD is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid?
The health of my loved ones. The insanity of political talk. Driving in snow. Driving in a city of more than 500,000 people. I have never worried about lions or fiery furnaces, but there are issues that come up that give me a moment to hand over to the Lord. The real issue is what is the greatest need and that David suggested is the light of The Father and the reality of life in the whole. Life that goes beyond the momentary flicks of danger or struggle. Who holds my life? Who has a greater purpose for me than what I see today? Do I fear that area of my life? No, I trust Him who is, who was and who forever will be. The Lord is…… Yes, that I trust!
