Psa. 51:1 Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

Jeremiah 23:5 "The days are coming," declares the LORD, "when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch, a King who will reign wisely and do what is just and right in the land. 6 In his days Judah will be saved and Israel will live in safety. This is the name by which he will be called: The LORD Our Righteous Savior. 7 "So then, the days are coming," declares the LORD, "when people will no longer say, 'As surely as the LORD lives, who brought the Israelites up out of Egypt,' 6 In his days Judah will be saved and Israel will live in safety. This is the name by which he will be called: The LORD Our Righteous Savior.
All of Judah and Israel were saved on the cross. All of the nations were purchased back from Satan and his demons. But it sure would be easy to miss the facts in view of a cross and an empty tomb. He did what was just and right! He did save. He did offer safety before the throne of the Father. And His name was Jesus, but His title was Savior and His character was righteous. Was Jesus what they expected if they had any expectation? No. And we need to be careful that what we expect in our time with the Father and Son is what they are doing, what they are offering, what they are building in the Kingdom, the rule of God. But His rule is not officially in the chain of command in the temple or in whatever would have been the royal house in Jerusalem. He is to rule in one heart after another so that His people will heal the broken people, governments and programs of the earth. Not what any reasonable person would have expected, nor is it what we expect even today. What if Jesus in the Spirit was ruling the heart and life decisions of our government leaders, the president, the congress and the courts? What if that were true in Israel and even China, Russia and Great Britain? Could we even see it, feel it and rejoice in it?
