Zechariah 8:23 This is what the LORD Almighty says: "In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say, 'Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.'"
At this time in America and so far as I hear all over the world, people of the nations are not grabbing ahold of either Jew or Christian seeking a way to travel life. They are running in fear of the unknown, in the hopes of empty “progress”, and for the rewards of numbers without meaning. Have you ever thought of how little a million means to $10? Can we believe again that what Jesus has given us and the Spirit renews is true life with hope, power and love? When we believe it, and when we live it, the empty will seek filling, the hungry will look for the food of the communion and the sinful will look for the cleansing power of the cross. Then, they will come and grab hold of our arms, our hearts and our lives and ask to go with us because God is with us. Are we the Jews of the promise?
