I have been watching The USA for 62 years of some sort of consciousness. I have seen the rise of divorce, abortion, racial conflicts, sexual deviation, pride in riches, structural authorities (understand that structures are always built for purpose), and the fall of trust in leadership, breakdown of family, and a number of institutions that seemed significant for a time. At the same time, I have seen a new awareness of the need for love as a standard of care, the message of the gospel as a reality of life and outreaches to the lonely, broken and hurting as legitimate efforts beyond making a living. God’s promise in Isaiah takes longer than I might have imagined, but is still at work in our lives. Take a look and give thanks, IT IS NOT OVER YET!
