Ephesians 3:16-19 16 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the Lord's holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
God is full of LOVE. That is the fullness Paul is talking about. “in your inner being”, “in our hearts” and “established in love” are all indicators that what is talked about here is a life that is more than just a way, but an intense, personal entrance into life WITH God, not just about God. The issue of Spiritual Gifts and such are part of this, but the wholeness that is offered is very much alongside these. To know the Love of God is to be presented with a life that is aware of how close is His intense purpose of loving others, and opening His heart to you. It takes the power of His Spirit, His personal presence to do the filling. Who in your life needs that prayer too?
