Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ

Gentiles

Ephesians 3:1 For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles—

There was a hint that somewhere in my background there may have been Jewish blood, but it does not count in my mental or spiritual needs. What I need and most of the people I deal with need is that the work of Jesus was for all people everywhere. This was the overall ministry that Paul had, that the church has even when we go to the people who are calling themselves Jews. Jesus has made fellowship with the Lord God open to all. He has paid for all. He loves all. He calls all. He makes the heart of the Father by the help of the Holy Spirit available to all even when they are not ready to see or believe it. It is our calling as well. Do you know or see someone who just does not seem open or even qualified (??) to know Jesus, Jesus gave Himself also for them. His love knows no limits. The enemy does all it can do to promote division, hurt, fear and hate in this world, but Paul in his walk with the Lord saw a clear call to bring the Love of God in Jesus to everyone and so even as a prisoner of the world, he saw himself as the prisoner of Jesus Himself. Who are we prisoners of?
