Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ
2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.
Verse 5 indicates that those Paul is talking to have the Holy Spirit working in them. “ who has given us the Spirit as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come. “ Yes, there judgment will come, but for those who have walked with the Spirit there should be little if any fear. The process of sin, repentance and new life is one that comes from the heart of God through Jesus. We know our door is open to the Father, opened by the Son! The judgment seat will declare that the life of Jesus is or is not in the person who is appearing. The sins that are part of this life are covered by the process of the living God who is with us now. This does not mean we are sinless, but the life we live is one where “5:15 And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.” A lasting relationship will show up before the very judgment seat of God.
