Mark 1:35 Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.
If you will, read the first 34 verses of Mark. Note His baptism, temptation, calling disciples, exorcism, healing and a big crowd into the evening. How could that possibly tire out God? Because He had emptied Himself of the God stuff of eternal power (Philippians 2:7) and was subject to the weakness of human flesh. When you are dealing with the heaviness of life, it is OK to go to the quiet place and seek the power and presence of The Father. By the way, you might consider doing it when you are bushed at the end of the day as well. He did also. The suffering servant Jesus needed to turn to His Eternal side to deal with us, how much more do we need Him ourselves?
